About these terms

These terms apply when you use sn3studio.com or buy from SN3 Studio, a fashion brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. SN3 Studio is a brand of SN Studios Portal, Dubai e-trader licence 1132664. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Products and availability

We try to show our products and colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary. All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, can't verify payment, or can't deliver to your address, and we'll refund any payment in full.

Discount codes

One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes can't be exchanged for cash and can't be applied to past orders.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, images and content on this site belong to SN3 Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SN3 Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
